New or Duplicate form has no style, please help

    Please help me fellow form freaks.

    I have almost 6 forms all working great with no problem. I have just duplicated one and guess what? no style! I have duplicated before with no problem! Even when I create a new one I have no style!

    I have tried the following:
    - removing that .htaccess file from the data folder
    - clearing browser cache
    - creating new forms
    - checking the css was there (yes)

    But the form displays in preview and live without style...

    What could be causing this?

    I recently put SSL on my hosting but that shouldnt affect it right?

    Please help I am desperate

    If the css was in the form folder, it should have no problem and also it should have no problem with the ssl, is it possible to post your form url in here ? if not, you can send it to :

    customer.service[at]appnitro.com

    i changed the sql value to ensure css was on still nothing..... any other suggestions?

    I'm having the exact same problem on my new duplicate forms and I've not had this problem when I duplicated forms before. Using the code from another form, with just the page id changed, didn't help either.

    Using Wordpress on self-hosted site running the Genesis framework and Lifestyle child theme. Pasted the Standard Form Code into a blog page.
