   For some reason on of my installations won't accept theme changes. I've made specific themes for the domain but when I apply them, nothing happens.. If I apply a pre-made theme, it will show right up but any of my themes applied to the form and it shows up as the standard "Machform logo'd" theme.

   Does anyone know why this may be happening?

   Thanks for any advice.

   Are you upgrading from previous version? If so, try to find a file named ".htaccess" under your "machform/data" folder and delete that file.
   If the problem persist, can you let me know the URL to your form please? I'll check it.

   By the way, every time I come here I have to give you a second look. The way you seem to respond to people, the way that you design so sensibly and fluently, the way that you seem to understand so much and with-in a perspective that I think we all wish more of the world had. You're an exceptional person in many ways and on my personal hero list yuniar.
