Not going through to PayPal?!

    All I get is the following:

    SQL: [166] select count(id) total_row from ap_form_10898_review where element_9 = 'a single image' and session_id = ? Params: 1 Key: Position #0: paramno=0 name=[0] "" is_param=1 param_type=2 Query Failed: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'cl44-machform.ap_form_10898_review' doesn't exist

    There are database table(s) missing in your DB.......an issue we can't really trouble-shoot in the forum.

    One of your table seems to be missing indeed. Try to turn off "form review" from your form and save it. Then edit your form again and enable form review. That should rebuild your form review table (which currently missing).
