   I have a form that has two price options, one that costs $20.00 for members and one that is free for our annual pass members. When the annual pass option is chosen the entry is saved but no confirmation emails are sent. Any thoughts? Thanks!

   Check into your payment settings page, if you have "Delay Notifications until Paid" option turned on, then it won't send any email until payment received indeed.

   To overcome this, there two options you can choose:

   1) Turn off the "Delay Notifications until Paid" option

   2) Use the email logic. Create a rule that will send the email when the annual pass membership being selected.

   I suggest to do number 2 above.
