order form without paypal

I'm trying to set up a full order form WITHOUT actually having a user make a payment using paypal (no payment at all actually). I would like the user to be able to select a quantity of an item and be able to receive a running total. But I would like the order information forwarded to the client who contacts them afterward for payment and shipping options.
Not sure if this is possible with MachForm?
