Page break text with customer name integrated

Ok, second question in a few hours, sorry.
And it's a bit of a random one I think too.

What I would like to do is have a client fill out their name and other details on page one of a form, then on a second page have a page break with a contract inside. I would like to have the clients name auto populated by the name field on page one along with the booking details and price so the contract is personalised to the booking.

I tried finding the element number and adding the tag {element_1} into the page break field but it didn't work.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Taking things further though I would then like to have the client sign (not a problem), then ay via PayPal (also not a problem) but then have the confirmation email the form sends to the client have the completed contract with the clients details and other info as an attached, nicely formatted PDF.

I have a feeling I may be asking a lot here but if anyone can at least confirm its impossible if they can't help outright I would be very thankful.

    In fact, thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about the client name in the page break, since the page break only splits up the form into manageable screens. It is just to simplify presentation of the form.

You probably want to put the contract wording into a section break, not a page break; but even there you can't insert the name previously entered into a "name" field.

The only attachment currently is the one the client would upload with the form, be it a PDF file or any other allowed. The system doesn't currently provide a PDF version of the submission and send it back in the confirmation email. A work around - you could put the contract wording into a section break, and include that in the confirmation email along with the other fields, such as the signature field etc. With some work I think you can print an email fairly reasonably.

Perhaps the PDF option is around the corner, in development, I'm not sure.

Sorry, late night typo, I meant section break yes.

And that's how I have things setup at the moment, with the wording in the section break and included in the confirmation email.

It's a shame to hear that elements of the form can't be slotted into the section break, but not surprising really. It would have been pretty cool if it had worked though.

    Thanks for your response.
