Password protection default on new forms?

Recently it seems like all forms that I create start with password protection turned on. This is a new behavior. Did something change? How do I turn this off as the default on new forms? Thx, Jim

What version are you using (Current release is V4.2).
I can't see anything that would cause that, and I doubt think it is the correct default behaviour.
Suggest you contact Appnitro directly so they can check your installation.
