   1) Is there any way to make it so I know which entries have payments processed already?

   2) How can you change the paypal default country?

   2) How difficult would it be for someone to sync. this up to the Beanstream Gateway for me?

   1) Not yet at this moment. We're still working on this.

   2) Do you mean the language? You can go to the payment settings page and set the language there.

   3) I'm afraid there is no easy way to add another payment gateway. You will need to know advanced knowledge of PHP for this.

   I didn't mean the language I meant the default country setting when you get re-directed to the paypal payment site. I want the default country to be Canada instead of the United States.

   E.g.Don't have a PayPal account?Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest
   Country *****
   Card number

   #3) Would I be able to hire to integrate Beanstream Payment Gateway for me?
