   I recently upgraded to Machform 3 specifically for the paypal integration, but I'm having a technical issue.

   When I click on the "submit" button, I'm taking to a blank page.. and nothing happens.

   Clicking "submit" takes you to this URL: http://www.vetsfwd.org/machform/view.php?id=748#main_body

   What am I doing wrong here? I completed the paypal section by providing an email, selecting english, setting a fix amount, and applying.. seemed ok.. but no joy yet.

   PLEASE HELP.

   It looks like there is some error there but the PHP on your server is not being configured to display the error.
   Try to disable the email functionality of that form.

   If the problem persist, you will need to check into the PHP error log to get the actual error message, so that we could solve the issue.
   If you aren't sure regarding your PHP error log, please contact your hosting tech support.
