PHP transmitting problem and no e-mail triggered

    Hi,

    I have two number fields (field type: Number) to have a German telephone number with
    access code and phone number. When I enter 030 and click the confirmation button for preview I am missing the first zero (030 => 30). Why????
    We want to go online tonight!

    Another problem that no e-mails are send to the one who filled the form.
    I set in "E-Mails":

    Send notification emails to: "Your Users"
    Send to: Ihre E-Mailadresse (your e-mailaddress) ==> I think the users e-mail, right?
    From name: Nils
    From Email address: sender@e-mail.de
    Subject: Gewinnspiel
    Body: {entry_data}

    NO E-MAILS ARE BEING SEND!!!
    Where can I modify the body text {entry_data}?

    Hope to get a quick and helping answer.
    THANK YOU for your support!
    Nils

    Hi ..

    It's seems you use wrong field type, why you don't use phone element with international format instead of number element?

    There isn't number format like 021 so it will converted to 21 automatically. For e-mail, have you setup the config.php files properly? try to set these value (if needed). After that you have to insert e-mail element in your form and set in Send notification emails to: "Your Users" section

    /** SMTP settings **/
    /** Don't modify it unless you know you are using SMTP **/
    define('USE_SMTP',false); //set this to 'true' to use SMTP

    define('SMTP_HOST','localhost');
    define('SMTP_PORT',25);
    define('SMTP_AUTH',false); //if your SMTP require authentification, set this to 'true'
    define('SMTP_USERNAME','YOUR_SMTP_USERNAME');
    define('SMTP_PASSWORD','YOUR_SMTP_PASSWORD');

    and lets test your server mail functionality. To test it, create a .php file and put this code:

    <?php
     mail('your_email@example.com', 'Test Subject', 'Test Message');
     echo "Mail sent! Please check it.";
    ?>

    If you didn't get any email, there might be some problem with your mail server.
