   How to display picture inside of guidline box, particulary how to assign picture into every single #li_ tag?

   Simply put "img" tag to your field guideline box when you edit a form, ex :

   <img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/your-logo.jpg"/>

   anyway I'm not sure with "assign picture into every single #li_ tag" ? do you want to add background image in every form field guidelines ?

   Thanks redityo, yes exactley. When customer picks choices and lets say there are many of them (etc different T-shirts with different logos)then it would be nice to have a picture on every choice with some description in it as well....

   what do you think.

   Instead of putting the image into the guidelines, I suggest to put the image within the choice options itself, so that your user could see it quickly.

   To do so, simply insert the IMG tag as shown by redityo above.
