    How do I populate a reply template with the answers from the form?

    I would like to send the replies (to myself) with the answers formatted in a particular way.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Please disregard.

    Pardon me (I obviously spaced out in the middle of forming my question above..lol - * wish I could edit) - I'd like to make my own custom template populated with the template variables.

    Answer: - Just change the content template with your own HTML code.
