Possible for Entry Info to include username?

Wondering if it's possible or if anyone has come up with a custom fix that would add the username to the Entry Info when a form is edited. Currently it only lists date and IP address.

    Thanks

Are you meaning you want some record of who edited the form? Maybe not automatically, but a work-around could be a hidden "admin only" field, that the admin person completes when editing the entry?

We wouldn't want it hidden, want it visible to anyone who can view the entries. It already tracks the IP address, just figured there may be a toggle or line of code we can insert somewhere that could either change the IP address to the username, or add the username above or below the IP address so it's visible.

    Thanks again

Are you talking about people who are submitting entries to your form? If so, they don't necessarily have Machform user names and, even if they do, they don't need to be signed onto Machform to fill out and submit a form, so there are no user names for Machform to put into your form.

No, we have multiple people who may update a forms data, this is not the users who are filling out the original form.

An example may be that someone from the team may go in and update a status field on a form to "completed". If/when that happens, it would be ideal to have the name of the user who made the update appear down where the IP address is captured.
