Possible to copy existing FORM A into existing FORM B?

I have two existing forms; FORM A and FORM B. Is it possible to replicate FORM A verbatim and replace the existing content in FORM B?...in perhaps a back-end manner?
I actually have many existing forms (with existing entries) that are all going to need to be changed so that they are the same as FORM A- but they do need to be independent forms.
The reasoning for this question is that these forms are extremely long and complex with very complicated logic and take forever to duplicate manually.
Thank you for any feedback!

Hi Robert,
If you want to duplicate on same machform instance, you can simply use duplicate form function on form manager.
But if you want to duplicate the form into another machform instance, you can use export - import function on machform.http://www.appnitro.com/blog-form-export-import-tool
