   Hello there,

   I'm having trouble installing the software. I've created my database, added the database information to the config and uploaded the files; however, I'm getting the following error. I have a general understanding of everything, so I hope I'm doing this correctly!

   Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to MySQL server on '66.206.15.250' (10061) in d:\inetpub\anchen.com\machform\installer.php on line 17

   Warning: mysql_get_server_info(): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) in d:\inetpub\anchen.com\machform\installer.php on line 147

   Warning: mysql_get_server_info(): A link to the server could not be established in d:\inetpub\anchen.com\machform\installer.php on line 147

   Thanks in advance for your help.

   The installer doesn't seem able to connect to your MySQL server.
   Most likely you have incorrect database hostname.

   What is your hosting company?
   Try to find the correct database hostname from your control panel.

   If you still having problem, mail me your hosting login info and I'll help you with the installation.
