   We are very interested in purchasing MachForm for our new website. We like about everything we've seen with MachForm, but I haven't seen a Preview/Confirmation page listed as a feature. We've found that if people get a confirmation page when filling out a vacation guide form we have a lot fewer bad addresses - and since we get hundreds of requests a day this is really important to us. If a confirmation page isn't available has anyone found a way around this - or has anyone written their own code they'd be willing to share ;-)

   Sorry, I'm afraid MachForm currently doesn't have any confirmation page.

   This feature has been asked by a lot of users and we're definitely putting this into our task list.

   Your form looks great, I think MachForm could do even better with the address fields ;-)
