   Hi,

   We purchased your excellent product yesterday, but I'm having a couple problems.

   I'm running Windows 7 and Firefox 3.5.7, and I can't login - I put in the correct username and password, click 'Login', and nothing happens - I just stay at the login screen. However, if I login with a different user, I can login to the forms management page fine. Also, I get the 'session expired' error when I try to submit any forms, but again, other users on the same machine don't have this problem.

   My account is a domain administrator account, so I don't believe it's a permissions problem.

   Other users on other machines, including non-admin Windows accounts, using the same version of Firefox, have no problems.

   I doubt the problem is MachForms, but I'm wondering if anyone else has run across this issue.

   Hmm.. this is most likely cookies issue. Somehow, MachForm is unable to set session cookies to your browser, hence it won't let you login.

   Try to delete your browser cache. Or try using another browser.

   Also make sure the security setting on your browser is being set to accept cookies.
