   I bought a license from you about one year ago. I am only using one domain-- www.lhwe.org. My laptop was stolen recently with my copy of machform on it. I current;y building a new website for lhwe and I need a copy of the software to install into this new website. Can you please provide me with a download link?

   The download link is: http://www.appnitro.com/machform/downloads but you need to log on using the customer account details you used when you purchased Machform. You should have received those details in an email that confirmed your purchase/receipt of payment.

   I am having the same issue. When trying to follow the above link, I am directed to a page that states, "Sorry. You need to login to download MachForm." I am logged in to the support forums, but cannot seem to find another login area...
