You can edit "includes/view-functions.php" file, search for "Powered By Machform" text and Simply remove it from there.

    Hello.

I am looking at "includes/view-functions.php" file and it says in this file "If you would like to remove the 'Powered by MachForm' link, please contact us at customer.service@appnitro.com before doing so". So would we need to contact customer service first or can we just remove without contacting them like you instructed?

    Thanks.

I can make a guess (2 reasons) why you still see the "Powered by Machform" link.

    1) You haven't republished the changed file with that link removed.

    2) You didn't remove all occurrences (at least three of them) of the link in the file.

If it is a cache problem, you probably need to clean out temp internet files (etc) and force a refresh of the page again.

Hello, I would like to ask the following: If you remove all occurences in the file, does this mean that you removed the "Powered by Machform" from the email that the user receives? (I mean the user that submitted the form, not the admin).

    Thanks

    Dennis

To remove the link within the email, you will need to edit "includes/helper-functions.php" file instead.

*** UPDATE *** I missed replacing one instance. It has now been removed.

After editing all occurrences in both 'functions.php' files, I also cannot remove the "Powered by Machform" from the email that the user receives. Can you send me the correct file?

    Thanks.

To remove the "Powered by MachForm", you will need to edit two files:

    - includes/view-functions.php
    - includes/helper-functions.php

Search for the word "Powered by" there and you'll find it on few places. Remove all of them.

    I did it by searching for " $mf_settings = mf_get_settings($dbh); " in these files:

    - includes/view-functions.php
    - includes/helper-functions.php

And entered below the found expression:

    $mf_settings['disable_machform_link'] = true;

tbenko -- if you are using version 3 already, there is no need to modify any file. Simply go to Settings page and enable the option to hide the link there.
