Removing Mach form form the top of the form

    Hi folks
    when we use form with pup up window the word mach form appears on top of the title in gray area.
    how to remove the mach form from the top of the form

    Edit the form's theme and change the logo. You have the choice of various stock logos, your own logo, or no logo.
