   For the earlier version of MachForms I asked how to change the from address and name of the notification email to an email and name field from the form. This Thread

   How do I do this in v2?

   Also how can I add one of the fields as the subject?

   To change the from address, first you'll need to have email field on your form.
   Then go to "Emails" section on your control panel.

   On the left side ("You" section), set the "From Email Address" dropdown value with your email field.

   To change the from name, simply insert the appropriate "template variable" into your "From Name" field.

   Below your email template textbox, click on "template variables" page. You'll see more info there.
