   Hi Support,

   I received a couple of completely empty emails from a few of my forms this month.

   These forms have compulsory fields, so theoretically, it cannot return empty if our customer fills them out. Each time, a customer will need to complete 2 or 3 forms, and only one will return will fields and the other 2 with empty fields.

   I've done some testing myself but it seems to work.

   Do you have any fix or solution for this?

   Hi There,

   It's odd..
   Is the form with compulsory fields always send an empty value to you ? or only partially ?

   or is it possible to send us your ftp login info to :

   customer.service[at]appnitro.com

   and let me know which form having this problem.

   we will check it directly.
