   I need to integrate salesforce web-to-lead in one of my forms. I read a couple article on here, but am still not 100% clear on where I should place the code and what the code should be.

   Any help will be greatly appreciated.

   We don't have the exact code for salesforce, but you should be able to use similar code as this one:

   Thanks for the reply. I got most of the data to transfer to Salesforce, but now I'm not receiving emails to my outlook inbox?

   Please ignore my last comment. The email function still works properly. It was a mistake on my end.
