Seems I might have screwed up my CSS or HTML

    Can someone please copy and paste the standard "edit css" here so I can fix it. It seems I tinkered around with it and must have changed something because when a user hits the submit button they get a screen that says:

    I guess the css was fine after all. I went to edit my form and apparently there was a conflict of some sort with my "test" form and I deleted my test form and went back to save the original form and it worked after that.
