Signature Image in Email not Rendering

    I have the form send entries to my email address. I'm using the Outlook for Mac to view the emails. The signature image displays as a question mark. I have to right click and "Open in browser" to view the image, which only shows the image. The "Save As" option saves signature_img.php.

    How can I get the image to render within the email client and within context of the rest of the form data? Thank you.
