   Im getting this

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/clichedi/public_html/machform/includes/view-functions.php:1) in /home/clichedi/public_html/machform/view.php on line 89

   And its not even sending tyhe info,i hope you can take a look, because i havetimeon my back all ready.

   Also, in the form I haded a last field for administration only, and it suppost to be hiden to final user, but now is visible.

   Try to restore your original "includes/view-functions.php" file.

   Then if you need to modify it again, use another text editor. Try using this good free editor:
   http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/

   Regarding the admin-only field, you need to logout from your admin panel first, then check the form again. When you still logged in, the field will always visible.
