    Install went perfect. Built form, entered code in web page and get this when trying to view in browser ..... Sorry, but this form is no longer accepting any entries. Also am receiving same in Form Builder view. Anyone know what is going on? Thank you

    In the properties of the form, did you select the "Limit Entry Per IP Address"? That is the message displayed when you have exceeded the conditions.
