    Hi There

I also have had people saying that they will not use our online forms as they are not secure, how would we do this.

Yes, you will need to install SSL certificate for your website.
Once installed, you will be able to use your forms using HTTPS address, which is secure.

You might want to contact your hosting directly regarding this. They should be able to help you with the SSL certificate installation.

We have set up the SSL certificate and I changed the URL in the MachForm settings to https://. Is there anything else I need to do? My host says there are still files being called with http://. Please advise. Thanks!

I think your host is referring to having 'objects' still connecting via the insecure link e.g. an image such as a logo, you would need to change the http to https for all links associated, or located in the form e.g. a custom "thank you" page, or any images or links within the form itself.

They might also mean you can access the form by insecure HTTP:// and secure HTTPS://

    Hi AMurray,

Thanks for jumping in. Unfortunately I don't think that helps. I have searched and replaced every http:// to https:// both within the WP dashboard as well as all my theme files. I also set the site URL to https:// in the Machform settings. The host said something about javascript files being called via http:// within the form, but I have no idea where to access them. I'm not using any images or other files in the forms. Every setting is being managed within Machforms. So I'm stumped as to where to look next. Any other thoughts? Thanks!

And yes, it looks like I can still access the site/form via http://. How do I fix that?
