Stop the email account being shown which sent the email.

    Hi

    I am having trouble with the email address part.

    We don't want customers seeing something like this test@test.com [enquiries@gmail.com] if we reply to them.

    How can I remove this and make it look like the email came from the customer itself.

    I have tried changing it to the email field of the customer for example {element_3} but it still add this on [enquiries@gmail.com]

    When we reply we want it to reply to the customer and cant seem to work out how to get this to work now?
