supporting English and Spanish

    For one domain, I would like to be able to support English and Spanish "Contact Us" form. If I make any changes to any file, it will have impact on all forms for that domain (web site). Any suggestion would be appreciated. Also what are the best approach for providing Spanish version of the form.

    You can create two forms and set each form to use different language.
