Table fields

    Is it possible to insert a table to collect results, we are producing forms which require fields like employment history, containing columns for Name, Address, Position held, Salary, Reason for Leaving, Date Started, Date Left

    additional tables are

    Examinations, Grade, Date obtained.

    I am not positive I understand what you are trying to accomplish, but just add new text fields/date fields in the form editor for the required fields, such as: examinations, grade, and date obtained.
