Take form information and pass to a pixel

    I have a form that i also want to pass the information to a pixel. I need to pass all information to another set of variables.

    The pixel looks something like this.

    [code]<img src="http://something.com/?a=123456&e=$firstName&g=$lastName&p=$email" />[/code]

    And so on. I need to be able to pass information from the filled out and submitted form to these variable. Where would be the best spot to do this?

    Sorry this question might be a little difficult
