Upgrading 2.0 to 2.3 Best method?

    I have 2.0 installed with several hacks ie: table view for radio buttons, google analytics, custom header and footers. What is the best method to update the files?

    To perform a standard upgrade (lose my changes and start over) do I just copy the files over the old ones?

    Thanks I just followed the basics of moving from 1.2 to 2 and re-hacked the php's.
