Warning: Cannot modify header information - new

I haven't modified this form in quite some time, but this morning, I noticed the following error message..
'Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/heritage/public_html/machform/config.php:1) in /home/heritage/public_html/machform/embed.php on line 91'
The form displays below it, but is of course shifted outside the range of the div.
Can someone please explain what's happened, and what I have to do to rectify the situation? Thanks.

It seems there is an extra character in your config.php file, it might be the extra character added when you edit the file. And mostly this cause by the text editor.
Try to re-edit your "config.php" file with another file text editor (you can try notepad++) and make sure there is no any character before <?php in the first line

I've looked at config.php using 3 different editors, and I don't see an extra character before <?php on the first line. Be aware that this form has been in place for months with no problem, but the message only appeared this week. I have not changed anything. One of the comments given to another forum member that had a similar problem was that there may be a server error. I'm exploring this with my domain host. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is it possible for you to send us your config.php file? We'll check it.
Most likely due to the file encoding. If your text editor has the feature to change the file encoding, try to change the file encoding to Western/Latin. Once you change the encoding, some weird characters usually appear on line 1.
