    Hi,
i've created a form, it works good. But where are saved the data collected by form? i need to connect this DB with MSAccess..
And: is there a way to create an inline text field? i mean a format like (TEXT) (DESCRIPTION) and not like
    (DESCRIPTION)
    (TEXT)

    Thanks

The entries are submitted to the MySQL database that you created on your web host (as well as emailing the submitted entry to the email address(es) set in the options).

You can manage all entries for all forms from the Entry Manager - read the documentation: http://www.appnitro.com/doc-entry-manager.

Although Machform doesn't work directly with MS Access, Entry Manager gives you the means to Export the data e.g. to Excel. From Excel it should be relatively simple to use that as your Access Data source, as long as your Access database (GUI forms etc) have the fieldnames and structure matching the exported data.

On your other question, "inline fields", read the Documentation on that here: http://www.appnitro.com/doc-field-alignment (I assume that's similar to what you mean). You can basically align any of the field types using the method described, not simply single line text fields.
