[closed] Best way to include "Other" field in Multiple Choice Form?

    What's the best way to include an "Other" text field in a multiple choice field? For example, if a question has 3 options, I'd like the 3rd to be "Other" and have a text field that allows the user to enter text. The only way I currently see to do this is to just add a separate field immediately after the multiple choice field, but ideally it would be better if everything was in just one field rather than in 2 separate ones. Thanks!

    Sorry, MachForm doesn't support that "Other" text field in multiple choice yet. I think the only way to go at this moment is to add a text field underneath the multiple choice.
