   Can you add a feature to allow administrators or record reviewers the ability to email a link from a users entry once they have been submitted.

   We have created forms such as HR information, payroll data, inoculations and we would like to be able to email a link to users, so they can amend or update their records when they contact us.

   Is there a way we can utilise the existing Save form and resume late option so we can simply send them to a URL to edit their entry.

   The use of this feature allows endless possibilities, instantly we have produced a central database for all our HR details, and granted users the ability to maintain themselves when allowed to do so.

   I was thinking your could use the place-holders in the email templates e.g.

   Click here to edit your details: http://www.yoursite.com/machform/form_id={form_id}&record={record_no}, and it would know which record number and form it was, according to how you set up the email template that's for the auto-reply to both the admin and user.

   I don't think though, that "record_no" (or whatever it might be) is an available place-holder/tag/field name to use.

   The multi-user feature just introduced (9th July) is for multiple administrators, but not general users.
