   Hello,

   I just purchased Machform 4.2 and I'm trying to install it on our Centos 5 server (Redhat clone). I have PHP 5.2.17 and MySQL 5.0.95 installed and we are running an Apache 2 server. I have created the MySQL database and edited the Machform config.php script with the correct database name, username and password. I have added the following two lines to my php.ini file as recommended by other posts on this topic:

   extension=pdo.so
   extension=pdo_mysql

   I have also restarted our Apache server. However, when I enter the Machform installation URL in my browsesr (Firefox) I get the error:

   Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MYSQL_ATTR_USE_BUFFERED_QUERY' in /var/www/html/local/machform/installer.php on line 31

   Please provide instructions on how I can fix this problem.

   OK, I just solved my problem by re-compiling my PHP binary with the --with-pdo-mysql configuration flag which apparently I did not use before. So installation of Machform now proceeds successfully.
