   I've searched the forum for an explanation and/or a solution but, other than creating a template page, there doesn't seem to be any real answers. I have a number of different sites using a number of different WordPress themes and plugins but most can't display a form (using the old and new versions) correctly. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a reasonable explanation and/or fix?

   Can you explain more regarding the issue? Is there any error message or the form not being displayed using the correct theme?
   Perhaps an URL would be helpful.

   I'm having a related issue. In Wordpress the Theme doesn't display the header or any of the box or drop shadow of my custom theme, just the form. I have tried, iFrame and Javascript neither one work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

   btw, long time user, I really like Machform and I just upgraded to your latest version! Thanks for a great product!
